Kids@Weldon run the Before and After School Care program in an on site building at Russell Lea Infants' School. Before and After School Care and Vacation Care is also known as Out Of School Hours Care (OOSH).
The ‘Before School Care' program offers breakfast from 8am to 8.30am.
The ‘After School Care' program provides afternoon tea from 3.30pm.
Kids@Weldon also provides a 'Vacation Care' program during the school holidays for all students at Russell Lea Infants School.
Hours
‘Before School' care: 7am to 9am
‘After School' care: 3pm to 6pm
‘Vacation' care: 7am to 6pm

New families to the school during the year are asked to contact the P&C to provide their details for inclusion on our email distribution list and class contact directory. You can then be linked into your child's class parent group. Please email: russell.lea.public.pc@gmail.com
Ethics Classes
If your child does the Primary Ethics program (https://primaryethics.com.au/), you’ll know the content is so valuable.
This program only runs through RLPS because of volunteers.
Aside from some initial training hours (two days for teaching, one for coordinating), the ongoing teaching requirements are half an hour a week on Tuesdays at 9:00am (curriculum provided online),.
