P&C General Meetings

Our P&C general meetings are held each month during term time for parents, carers, staff and citizens of the Russell Lea Public School Community to promote a co-operative spirit. We meet to discuss social and fundraising events and projects we can contribute to enhance our school. Our principal and some of the RLPS staff may share information about the school.

Meetings take place the second Tuesday of the month in the school hall during term time at 7.30pm.

Everyone is welcome.  If it's your first meeting - you attend as an observer.  To be eligible to vote at subsequent meetings and receive P&C meeting minutes, become a P&C member by paying the $1.00 Membership Fee.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Each December we hold our AGM to nominate our executive committee, which includes a President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer. 

In addition, we appoint sub-committee coordinators for uniform shop, fundraising, sponsorship, social committee and other sub-committees as required.
